I am not going to get into the ethical, legal, and moral dilemmas of steroids. I write this post to let you know about a bodybuilding epiphany that may cause you to gain weight and muscle using legal, natural supplements.
I will use a “tree” analogy in a moment but first, understand some awful news. It is a scientific fact that genetics play a large part in our ultimate physical development. Of course, the environment is also important, and while genetics vs. environment is debatable in mental growth, physical potential is mainly genetic. Depending on your parents, there is a limitation as to how powerful you are going to be.
Arnold at 19 was huge as a house. Arnold’s father proved to be a tall guy using a barrel chest, and Arnold’s sister was big for a lady. They all had in common thick bones and uncommon height. This obviously gave Arnold a genetic edge over a skinny man, without having trained because he was already twice as large!
Everybody has a different upper limit that is genetic. Many scientists consider the typical individual has the potential to triple their starting strength. If I’m a scrawny man at age 16, who can do a maximum bench press of 140 lbs., I can expect to finally top out at 420 pounds, if I train hard for many years.
Of course, we’re talking here about the absolute limit, with everything working out. Few will obtain their maximum genetic potential, due to improper training, harm, lousy eating habits, or just lack of desire, to pursue this kind of goal.
What exactly does all of this have to do with the best way to gain muscle and weight? Let’s imagine your body is a tree. The steroids will cause you to get big and powerful, but the tree will only grow so high. Some climb faster, depending on the amount and the type of the steroid, but never higher.
Regardless of how powerful the anabolic steroids are, if you are starting off super skinny, you’re not going to be Mr. Olympia as soon as you get to the upper limits of that tree. Your body has upper limits, just such as the tree.
I’m just being honest here. For you young guys, particularly, in bodybuilding, just starting out, do not be tempted to begin steroids as a solution to how to gain muscle and weight.
Very few people possess the requisites needed to become a champion bodybuilder. You’ve got to be born with the right corporeal proportions to give you outstanding influence, unique muscle fibers, correct muscle span, etc.
With appropriate training, you can triple your strength of course, and be much above average. Perhaps win some local bodybuilding contests. But you’re not going in order to beat genetics.
For people that could bench press 300 lbs. in high school, with no issue, and look to have the right genetics, I would still dissuade you, from risking the deleterious effects, of anabolic steroids. I’d say do it if you had some sort of ailment the steroids might ameliorate. As a safe alternative, you could take a testosterone booster like Testo Max. But do not treat yourself like a laboratory monkey, just to accomplish something you can do with training that is natural.
However quickly you climb, you consistently top out, although you can always try different steroids. Now let me digress a little and go into the scientific definition of steroids. I recognize this may be a little dry, but I would like to give the reader an excellent general idea of how steroids work. So now that the perfunctory is over, let us start at the beginning.
Steroids Are Dead End Solutions
If an individual abuses drugs, it is the unwanted effects that really must be minimized. Any physician will let you know the most efficient method to make use of drugs, would be to get the most out of the least. The fly in the buttermilk is, trying to minimize unwanted side effects is difficult to do.
Metabolism is the production, maintenance, and destruction of energy and tissue. The building (myotropic) procedures we call anabolism. Breaking down processes are known as catabolism. For our purposes, anabolic steroid effects are those involving the synthesis of protein for reparation and muscle development.
Hormones are regulatory compounds created by various organs, glands, or tissues. Hormones coordinate reproductive cycles, tissue repair, development, and other physical and mental processes. The male hormone testosterone, has two primary functions: 1. Anabolic – upkeep as well as the development of the larger male musculature.
Therefore the expression anabolic steroids, which are synthetic chemical compounds. that mimic anabolic effects. And minimize androgenic effects. called the therapeutic index. Taking steroids to become a bodybuilder is not the way to go. You’re better of taking legal supplements from http://legalsteroids.biz/ that mimic the effects of steroids. You’ll get the gains without the side effects.
There’s little sound research suggesting the therapeutic indexes of drugs, calculated by animal studies, are appropriate to humans! If there existed such a table that is human, variables including diet, training, variable drug doses and administration, and most important genetic drug reaction, nullifies the utility of such indexes.
